General conditions of use of the site

1/ Legal Notice
The albert.immo site that you are using (hereinafter referred to as the "site") is published by ALBERT:
ALBERT is subject to control by the Institute Professional Estate Agents (IPI), rue du Luxembourg 16b, 1000 Brussels (www.ipi.be). He is approved as a real estate agent in Belgium under the IPI number 509.522 and is subject to the IPI's code of ethics.
2/ Acceptance of the general conditions of use
By visiting, of his own free will, this site, it is understood that the user accepts, without reservation, the General Conditions of Use of the site (CGU) which he acknowledges having read and understood.
If you do not accept the TOS, you cannot use the site and you are requested to disconnect immediately.
3/ Processing of requests and/or information
By communicating information to ALBERT via the forms on this site, by email or in any other way, you guarantee that you are using your own identity.
We reserve the right to subordinate the processing of requests or information, to suspend or refuse it in the following cases:
  • Incomplete or incorrect information;
  • Communication of manifestly erroneous or even fanciful data;

The services and goods offered on the site are described in good faith, as precisely and faithfully as possible.
The images presented on the site have no contractual value.
5/ Intellectual property rights
The content of this site is protected by copyright. Copying, translating, modifying or distributing all or part of it, in any form whatsoever, is prohibited without the prior written consent of ALBERT. Any violation of such intellectual rights may give rise to civil and criminal prosecution.
Any total or partial reproduction of our site is strictly prohibited.
6/ Processing of personal data
We are concerned about respecting your privacy when using the site and your rights regarding the protection and control of personal data. The data you provide on the site are recorded and processed in strict compliance with our privacy protection charter, which can be viewed here.
Our website does not intend to collect personal data from visitors of the site under the age of 16, unless they have received permission from their parent or guardian or unless we are obliged to do so in the performance of our legal obligations.
We are however unable to check whether a visitor to our site is over 16 years of age. We therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent their children's personal data from being collected without their consent.

9/ Disputes and applicable law
The parties agree that any disagreement or dispute relating to these general conditions of use or arising from its interpretation or application will be submitted to prior mediation. To this end, the parties hereto undertake to participate in at least one mediation meeting by delegating a person with decision-making power. The mediator will be chosen by the parties. In the absence of an amicable agreement, any dispute relating to the execution or interpretation of the present will be subject to Belgian law and will be the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of ALBERT.

We reserve the right to make changes to these general conditions of use of the site, in order to take into account any legal, jurisprudential or technical developments. Only the latest version will prevail.
